Good morning! Yesterday I made 10 loaves of Lemon Poppyseed bread and 10 loaves of Pumpkin Honey Beer bread. The entire house smelled heavenly! The effect that beer has on the bread itself is amazing....so moist and big. Today I will be baking Cinnamon Streusel loaves and possibly fudge. I have a big 3-day event coming up in just over a week and have lots of prep to do. The pressure is on! The mother always told me that I thrive under pressure.....we shall see.
