Intentions

My intentions for today were to substitute teach all day and come home and make 4 pans of bars. I also need to start my Thanksgiving prep (saute stuffing vegies, make pie). I was a substitute teacher today for PE class for k-3. What do you think I feel like doing now? I am exhausted! I guess I will have to bake double time tomorrow in order to be ready for Friday and Saturdays event...ugh. I have never had such a tight crunch time! Lets just hope that I remember to cook the damn turkey on Thursday!
